Delivery Policy

UK Orders

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is FREE on all UK orders.

For faster delivery, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £2.00 on orders under £50. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is FREE on orders of £50 or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days following dispatch, while Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day following dispatch. These are delivery aims and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Dispatch Days

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders are not dispatched by us at weekends or on Bank Holidays. This refers to our dispatch days — Royal Mail may deliver your parcel on Saturdays and, where available, Sundays.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

International Orders

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery charges start from £7.95 for Europe and £11.95 for Worldwide destinations, with the exact delivery charge calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and destination.

International delivery is FREE on orders of £100 or more.

Delivery charges apply only once to orders containing multiple items.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and may also be affected by customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders being shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our delivery charge and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs rules and charges vary by country, so we recommend checking the relevant requirements for your destination before ordering.

If customs duties or taxes are refused and your order is returned to us, the original delivery charge is non-refundable and any return charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.
